Who We Are

Rahim International is a real estate advisory and consulting firm operating in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region of Morocco. We help international buyers, Moroccan diaspora (MRE), local investors, and real estate developers navigate the Moroccan property market.

We are currently in the process of formal business registration in Morocco. In the interim, we operate as an advisory service and can be contacted directly at contact@RahimInternational.com.

This privacy policy applies to our website at rahiminternational.com and all consultation tools hosted on it, including the Elaf Sky View interactive consultation.

What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address — collected when you submit a contact form or use our interactive consultation tool.
• Buyer profile information — when you use our consultation tool, we collect your answers to questions about your budget range, whether this is your first property in Morocco, where you are based, your primary motivation for buying, and your buying timeline. We also collect whether you are a civil servant (fonctionnaire).
• Message content — any message you send through our contact form.

Information collected automatically:

• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time spent, device type, and general geographic location (country/city level). Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out using Google's opt-out tool.
• WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta Platforms under their own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to help you make the right property decision.

• To respond to your enquiry — we use your name and email to get back to you with relevant information.
• To prepare your Investment Package — the profile information you provide in our consultation tool helps us prepare a tailored document relevant to your specific situation.
• To understand our buyer pool — we use aggregated, anonymised answers from our consultation tool to understand who our audience is and what they are looking for. This helps us serve buyers better. We do not use this data to make decisions about individuals.
• To improve our website — Google Analytics data helps us understand what content is useful and where we can improve.

How We Store Your Information

Form submissions from our website are processed by Formspree — a third-party form service — and delivered to our email inbox. Formspree stores submissions on their servers. You can read Formspree's privacy policy here.

Once received, your information is stored in our email inbox. We do not currently use a CRM or database system.

Retention period: We keep your information for as long as there is an active conversation or potential transaction. If there has been no contact or follow-up for 12 months, we delete your name and email from our records. We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable information about buyer preferences for internal analysis purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

• WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts — typography. Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address.
• Google Tag Manager — tag management for analytics.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are based, you have the right to:

• Access your data — ask us what information we hold about you.
• Correct your data — ask us to update any inaccurate information.
• Delete your data — ask us to remove your personal information from our records.
• Withdraw consent — ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR respectively. We take these seriously — particularly given that a significant portion of our audience is MRE buyers based in Europe.

Our website uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These are analytics cookies — they help us understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
