Our story

It all started with a search for a relative.

Ali Rahim has been managing short-term rentals in Kénitra for more than five years. Rents, returns, what a property really earns: he knows these numbers neighbourhood by neighbourhood. It was a search for a relative that brought him into the world of property sales.

This relative lived abroad and wanted an apartment that would be a real investment: strong rental returns, a good location, a premium building, a tight budget, and eligibility for the Daam Sakane housing subsidy. Ali on the ground, the buyer thousands of kilometres away: exactly the situation our clients are in today.

At first, Ali visited the apartments the relative had found from abroad. He quickly saw that listings didn't tell the whole story, and offered to lead the search himself. He visited more than fifteen apartments, took notes, sent videos and compared prices per square metre from one neighbourhood to the next. He ran into what most buyers face: prices that changed depending on who you asked, little transparency, developers who barely presented their projects, and even a reservation cancelled on the morning he arrived with the deposit, because he had asked too many questions.

Carried out alongside his work, the search took four months. The right apartment was found, and with it a conviction: buyers, especially those who live far away, need someone on the ground who searches, visits, checks and explains. Rahim International was born from that realisation.
