Rahim International was not built from a business plan. It was built from a search.

We went through the Kénitra market as buyers — coordinating from Canada, with limited time on the ground, relying on family to visit properties on our behalf. Over five months of travelling back and forth between Canada and Morocco, we experienced what most MRE buyers face but rarely talk about in detail. Wrong addresses. Offices still listed as active but long since moved. Developers who were never on site for viewings. Advertised prices that applied to one specific undesirable unit. A developer who cancelled a confirmed reservation the morning we arrived with the down payment — because we had asked too many direct questions about how the transaction would be structured.

We eventually found our developer by process of elimination. We visited the site multiple times while it was still under construction, compared it against every other project we could access, and chose it because it was the only one we could actually verify. We committed our own money before we ever proposed a partnership.

That conversation happened naturally, over time, after a working relationship had already been established. The developer had a serious product and limited visibility to match it. Good projects in this market routinely reach fewer buyers than they should — not because the building is wrong, but because the infrastructure to present it properly simply does not exist.

That gap — between what a development deserves and what the market actually sees — is what Rahim International was built to close. We know what it looks like from both sides.
