The project stands out because the specification is unusually strong for the price point: double-insulated windows and glass doors, air-conditioning pre-installation, fully equipped kitchens, Turkish-imported doors with triple deadbolt systems, elevated interior finishes, and assigned underground parking included in the title.
Each apartment also includes private rooftop allocation for future solar panels, connected to the unit and the electric input for its underground parking stall.
